Our Service Features
When you subscribe to our service we issue each loved one an ID number. This number is a special 8-digit code that identifies your loved one in our system. This code combined with our URL (www.IDYourLovedOne.com) allows a secure means of marking clothing and other items without disclosing any personal information.
If any item marked is lost and found the finder may easily go to the site and enter their information along with the number on the item found. This securely notifies you with the finder’s information without disclosing any of your information to them.
For the administration section we make our service easy to use by breaking down your loved one’s information into groups. This also allows you to focus and report on certain key areas when needed most. All information minus the Main Info section is completely optional for you to fill out. So you may only enter the information that’s important to you. The following are the categories we have sorted for you.

Main Info - Provides the basics and only the required information for the service to work properly.

Physical Info - Details about your loved one’s appearance such as height, weight, eye color, special marks, etc…

|
Contact Info - Location and communication information pertaining to that loved one.
|
|
Acquaintances - Detailed information of the people your loved one knows or is related to. You may enter as many people as you wish.
|
|
Photos - This robust section allows management of a picture of your loved one and up to five (5) additional images with descriptions for your use.
|
|
Medical Info - Storage area for doctor and dentist information along with any allergies and disability information.
|
|
Medication Info - Keep track of all the medication your loved one may require and/or need. This area is very detailed including pharmacy information, reason for taking, location of medicine, dosage frequency and more. There is no limit on the number of medications you enter.

Animal-Vet Info - If your loved one is a pet or animal you may store your information here such as vet info, license info, feeding schedules, etc…

Missing? - If your loved one is missing you may update this area to keep track of any information you don’t want to lose.

Other Info - Anything else we didn’t think of...put it in here.

|
Reporting - Create a customized report of only the sections you want and print them out.
