According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for teenagers, killing more than 6,000 every year. Limit the number of teenagers in one vehicle. Have your teenager take a defensive driving course. Always let your teenager know it is ok to call you if they need assistance, even late at night.
